Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you're not satisfied with MeetMind within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund — provided your usage does not exceed 10% of the plan's transcription quota. Payments are processed securely by Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the immediate delivery nature of our digital Service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • 7-Day Guarantee for New Subscribers: Full refund within 7 days of first charge, provided usage does not exceed 10% of the plan quota
  • Duplicate Charges: Full refund for duplicate charges resulting from billing errors
  • Verified Service Outage: For service outages exceeding 72 hours caused by us, a prorated refund or service credit
  • Legal Rights: Statutory cancellation or refund rights (e.g., EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period) are preserved where applicable

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free plan usage (no payment made)
  • Used subscription periods (beyond the 7-day guarantee)
  • Annual subscription refunds requested after 30 days from initial purchase
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Chargebacks initiated directly with your payment provider without contacting us first

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at refunds@meetmind.ai with:

  • Your account email address
  • Your transaction ID (found in your confirmation email)
  • The reason for your refund request

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Canceled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period — no refunds are provided for unused time in the billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund; you must submit a refund request separately if eligible.
