Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all content generated, uploaded, processed, or stored through MeetMind's AI-powered meeting transcription and summarization service. This includes:

  • Text: Transcripts, summaries, action items, and AI-generated insights
  • Audio: Meeting recordings uploaded or recorded through the Service
  • User Inputs: Prompts, instructions, and configuration settings submitted by users

2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

MeetMind explicitly prohibits the use of this Service to generate the following six categories of content:

  • Pornography / NSFW content
  • Violence / gore
  • Hate speech
  • Child safety (CSAM)
  • Deepfakes / impersonation
  • Copyright or trademark infringement

2.1 Zero Tolerance — Immediate Action

The following content, once identified, will be immediately actioned and may be reported to authorities:

  • Child sexual exploitation content (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance; reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement within 24 hours of confirmed identification
  • Terrorism, extremism, or mass violence promotion or facilitation
  • Instructions for creating weapons of mass destruction
  • Content advocating or facilitating genocide or ethnic hatred
  • Non-consensual deepfake sexual content impersonating real individuals

Minors in Uploaded Content: You may not upload photographs or audio recordings containing minors (individuals under 18 years of age) without appropriate parental or guardian consent for all participants. Any content identified as CSAM will be immediately removed and reported to NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) and local law enforcement. Our zero-tolerance policy applies regardless of user-provided consent or disclaimers.

2.2 General Prohibited Behavior

  • Generate or distribute false information or rumors
  • Impersonate real individuals, brands, or organizations
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Present AI-generated content as human-created work
  • Bulk-generate spam or fraudulent content
  • Use jailbreak prompts to bypass the Service's safety mechanisms
  • Process audio recordings without the consent of all participants (including minors)
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
  • Upload audio or images containing minors without verifiable parental or guardian consent from all participants

3. Content Moderation

MeetMind employs a multi-layered moderation system combining automated filters, human review, and periodic audits.

3.1 Automated Moderation (Real-time)

All requests and generated content are scanned in real-time by safety filters:

  • Input filtering: Keyword, semantic, and intent analysis of prompts and uploaded audio
  • Output filtering: Real-time safety assessment of generated transcripts and summaries
  • Usage pattern analysis: Monitoring for abnormal API call behavior
  • Safety models used: DeepSeek Moderation API and custom rule-based filters

3.2 Human Review

  • Automatically flagged content enters a human review queue
  • Reported content is reviewed by our Trust & Safety team
  • Reviewers complete content safety training and sign confidentiality agreements

3.3 Periodic Audits

  • Random sampling is conducted monthly
  • Automated moderation system accuracy is regularly evaluated and improved

4. Reporting Mechanism

9. Transparency and Policy Updates
